What products do you offer?

How do I know if a phone case will fit my phone?

Each phone case product page includes a list of compatible phone models. Simply select the case that fits your phone brand and model when placing your order, if the phone make and model is not in the list you can contact us directly.

Can I customize my phone case or trinket tray?

Yes! We offer customizable options for both phone cases and trinket trays. Whether you want to add your name, a favorite quote, or a custom design, you can create a unique product that’s all your own.

• Phone Cases: Upload your design, photo, or artwork for a truly personalized case.
• Trinket Trays: We can customize your tray with text, patterns, or even monograms.

Simply choose the "Custom Design" option on the product page and follow the instructions to upload your image. Need help? We’re happy to assist!

What materials are your phone cases, vases, trinket trays, and perfume atomizers made of?

We prioritize quality and durability in all our products:

• Phone Cases: Made from materials like polycarbonate, silicone, and vegan leather, designed to provide both protection and style.
• Vases: Crafted from a variety of materials, including ceramic, glass, metal, and concrete—perfect for showcasing flowers or decorative accents.
• Trinket Trays: Our trays are made from materials like marble, ceramic, and glass, offering both practicality and elegance.
• Perfume Atomizers: These are made from premium glass with stylish metal accents, designed to carry your fragrance in a sleek and portable form.

Each product page will include detailed material information to help you choose the right items for your needs.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

• Order Processing: Our Crystal Embellished products need are made to order so it needs time to be done and also to cure, so production time is between 2-3 weeks and as soon as the product is ready you will receive an email saying that the product is ready to be dispatched and after you will receive the item within 1-3 business days. In regards to Home Decor, it usually takes 4-5 days do be dispatched. For SmartWatch bracelets we aim to dispatch them within 5 days. We aim to have always crystal embellished gifts available for next day delivery, please check our Glam Express page on our website or Glam Express highlight on Instagram or you can DM us and we are more than happy to assist you.
• Shipping Time: Once processed, shipping typically takes:
  • Standard Shipping (U.K): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.K.): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days (depending on your location)

For custom products (like personalized phone cases or tumblers), please allow an extra 5-7  business days depending on the project and crystal availability.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep you updated on its journey.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on U.K.. orders over £75. This offer will be applied automatically at checkout.

What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please first check the tracking information. If it’s been marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier for further details.

Can I return or exchange my phone case, vase, trinket tray, or perfume atomizer?

Depending on the product ordered. We offer a 7-day return policy on most of our Home Decor products. To return or exchange an item:

1. Contact us at daringdecor@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Once we receive it in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

For crystal embellished products we don't offer returns because they are made to order. If the product arrives damaged you have 24 hrs from receiving the product to notify us at Daringdecor@hotmail.com  with photos of the damaged product.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order is placed. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at daringdecor@hotmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

With personalised products before starting the production we agree the design and crystal colours before starting the project.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping services for phone cases, vases, trinket trays, and perfume atomizers. Simply select the gift wrapping option during checkout, and we’ll make sure your items are beautifully wrapped and ready for gifting.

Do you give warranty on the Crystal Embellished Products?

Yes! We give 1 year warranty on the crystal embellished work not on the product itself. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of the product to us.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! We care about the environment and strive to use eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Many of our products are made from recyclable materials, and we use minimal, sustainable packaging to reduce waste. You can feel good about your purchase knowing that we're working to make a positive impact.
