Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders already made are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Customisation: If you’ve selected a custom design, please allow 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped, but sometimes it can be even quicker than that.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options for all domestic and international orders:
Domestic Shipping (U.K.):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days – £3.99
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days – 5.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over £75 (U.K. only).
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days – £14.99
- Expedited International Shipping: 4-7 business days – £29.99
Please note that customs, taxes, or other duties may apply for international orders, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment. Please note, it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Daring Decor is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at daringdecor@hotmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before your order is shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please understand that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to keep you updated on any changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Daring Decor is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at daringdecor@hotmail.com.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
We aim to process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once your order has been placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at daringdecor@hotmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Your orders will be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
